Access Community Mental Health:

A daytime phone line service helping individuals access the correct mental health support for them, and learn more about other services in the local community.
Telephone line: open from 09.00am to 5.30pm, Monday-Sunday.
These services are open across Christmas and New Year bank holidays.
Breathing Space:
0808 175 1369
An evening service offering calm, compassionate support to those in need of mental health support.
Telephone line: open from 5.30pm to 11.00pm, Monday-Sunday.
Face-to-face service: open from 6pm to 10.30pm, Monday-Sunday.
These services are open across Christmas and New Year bank holidays.

Please note, our office will be closed between Christmas and New Year. The phone line will be open from 8am-4pm Mon-Fri as usual otherwise, excluding Bank Holidays.
