Join us for Bath Mind’s Mental Health Awareness Week fundraising event – the 5k a Day Challenge!

From 13th to 19th May, we’re challenging you to complete a 5k activity each day to show your support for mental health awareness.

Whether you choose to run, cycle, swim, or scoot, every step, stroke, or pedal counts towards making a difference in our community. It’s all about embracing movement and promoting positive mental wellbeing together.

Here’s how you can get involved:

  • Commit to the Challenge: Lace up your shoes, hop on your bike, dive into the pool, or grab your scooter, and get ready to tackle 5km every day throughout Mental Health Awareness Week.
  • Support Bath Mind: Your participation helps us continue providing vital mental health services in BaNES. Create a JustGiving page to raise sponsorship. Raise over £25 and get a FREE Bath Mind t-shirt or running vest! Plus, everyone who creates a fundraising page for the challenge will be entered into a draw to win a meal for two at Crescent Restaurant Bath (excluding drinks)
  • Share Your Journey: Capture your daily 5k adventures by sharing photos on social media. Don’t forget to tag us and use #5kADayChallenge to spread the word!
