How can nature support wellbeing?

The Mental Health Foundation found that going for walks outside was one of the top coping mechanisms and that 45% of us reported that being out in nature and greenspace had been vital for mental health. 

Time spent in nature can be fascinating, relaxing and therapeutic. Perhaps you have a garden or local park which you enjoy; maybe you have a beautiful view from your window, or you like listening to the sounds of nature. We can all experience nature in different ways.
