Open Opportunities offers people with ongoing mental health issues the opportunity to engage in social activities linked to the Five Ways to Wellbeing. The aim is to improve mental health, supporting people to self-care and to reduce social isolation.

Individuals are encouraged to get involved in running the group and planning what activities they would like to explore. Bath Mind staff and volunteers are on hand to offer support.
