Bath Mind’s Orchard House is a non-medical house for mental health support based in Welton, Midsomer Norton. We provide 7-10 days’ accommodation and support for adults experiencing a mental health crisis.
We provide a step-up service for people living in the community who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health and need support to avoid hospital admission.
We also provide a step-down service for those leaving an in-patient setting who would benefit from additional support before returning home.
The house is located in Welton, Midsomer Norton, and offers a calm and safe environment with trained and compassionate staff on the premises 24/7 and sleep-in overnight staff for emergencies.
This service is only available for referrals via Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership Trust (AWP). We accept referrals for people living in BaNES, Swindon or Wiltshire. For more information please contact our Orchard House Team at [email protected] or 01761 252770.
