What are Bath Mind’s Wellbeing Groups?

Our wellbeing groups support hundreds of people across B&NES in creating new connections and support systems.

The Wellbeing Service includes a wide range of groups and short courses which offer opportunities to connect with new people, engage in activities and be supported by our dedicated, experienced team.

Activities are based around the 5 ways to Wellbeing and people are supported with many aspects of their lives which contribute to their overall wellbeing, empowering them to improve and maintain their mental health.

Questions to ask yourself before starting a group:

  1. Can you get to the group on your own?
  2. Coming to a group for the first time can be nerve racking, do you feel able to give it a try?
  3. Have you looked at all the groups we offer? Which group(s) interest you most?
  4. Is there anything staff can do to help you get through the door and join a group? Please share this with staff if you decide to make contact.
