What is Access Community Mental Health?

The Access Community Mental Health (ACMH) team helps people to access the right mental health support at the right time.

If you need support with your mental health, ACMH’s experienced team will support you to:

  • Identify your goals, and help you take actionable steps towards achieving them
  • Connect you with local mental health services, from counselling to wellbeing groups
  • Access available resources in your community
  • Discover effective coping strategies to improve your mental resilience

The ACMH team will also help you to plan your next steps, focusing on building your independence and strengthening your long-term resilience.
