What is Access Community Mental Health?
The Access Community Mental Health (ACMH) team help people to access the correct mental health support for them, and learn more about other services in the local community.
If you need some support with your mental health, ACMH’s experienced team will walk alongside you every step of the way. This support includes:
- support to help you to achieve your goals
- discussions around local services for you to try
- encouragement and support to access mental health services such as counselling
- a trained and friendly team member that you can rely on
The ACMH team will also help you to plan your next steps, with a focus on future independence.
