Bath Mind Announces Relocation of Key Mental Health Services to Beauford House

Bath Mind is excited to announce that its evening crisis support service, Breathing Space, and Access Community Mental Health team, will be relocating to Beauford House, 8-9 Princes Street, Bath on Monday 4th November.

We are thrilled to announce that Bath Mind’s evening crisis support service, Breathing Space, along with the Access Community Mental Health team, will be relocating to Beauford House, 8-9 Princes Street. This exciting news will unify several frontline and support services under one roof, making them more accessible and agile to meet the diverse needs of our communities.

Bath Mind’s services are crucial for supporting mental health across Bath and North East Somerset. Breathing Space and Access Community Mental Health both provide 365-day support for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. In the past year alone, Access Community Mental Health has delivered 10,705 interventions, including over 1,000 referrals from GPs. Meanwhile, Breathing Space has handled a staggering 73,440 minutes of crisis calls and conducted 1,680 one-on-one in-person sessions, offering vital support to individuals struggling with their mental health.

The new location at Beauford House will enhance the delivery of these services, making it easier for community members to access crisis support and mental health resources. The move reflects Bath Mind’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality mental health services and addressing the growing demand for support.

Breathing Space offers evening face-to-face and telephone crisis support, while Access Community Mental Health helps individuals connect with the right mental health services for them.
