We are thrilled to announce that Bath Mind’s film, ‘Connect and Create’, created in collaboration with Think Theatre, has been nominated for the prestigious Smiley Charity Film Awards!

What is Connect and Create?

‘Connect and Create’ was created with four different Bath Mind wellbeing groups with the intention of exploring loneliness, and of equal importance, connection. In the film you will see two regular wellbeing groups in-action as well as two drama groups during their creative sessions with Alex Ogando, Bath Mind’s Artist In Residence.

Through ‘Connect and Create’, we aim to shed light on the significance of fostering connections within our community, especially for those grappling with loneliness. Each scene in the film encapsulates the spirit of resilience, creativity, and the healing power of shared experiences and connection.
