Time To Talk Day is on Thursday 6th February 2025. The day is about creating supportive communities by having conversations with family, friends, or colleagues about mental health. By talking about our mental health, we can support ourselves and others.

You don’t have to host a huge event to get the conversation going on Time to Talk Day. Remember, every conversation matters. Here are some ideas to get you started.

Join Bath Mind and Bathscape for a free ‘Walk and Talk’ event!
