Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters for patients, their families and their carers. They can help with concerns or problems when you’re using the NHS, support with the NHS complaints procedure and listen to your concerns and suggestions. You can find PALS officers in your local hospital. You can also ask your GP surgery, hospital or Tel: 111 for details of your nearest PALS.
