What are Wellbeing Walks?

Wellbeing Walks are short, gentle walks led by volunteers from Bath Mind and Bathscape.

BathScape volunteers will adapt the walk so that it’s a pace and suitability that is right for the whole group, and the walks are a relaxed, social and friendly space: whether you’re looking to add more movement into your routine, would like to meet new people or want to get some fresh air and an opportunity to enjoy nature

The walks are reasonably flat and are often wheelchair/buggy accessible. We ask that you don’t bring dogs, other than assistance or guidance dogs.

If you have a support worker, you are very welcome to bring them with you to the Wellbeing Walk.

When and where do they take place?

Wednesdays, once a month

Our monthly walks take place on the first Wednesday of the month at 11am from Manvers Street Baptist Church car park (BA1 1JZ) and the walk lasts no longer than an hour.

Thursdays, every week

Our weekly walks take place every Thursday at 11am, leaving from Monksdale Road Allotment Car Park (BA2 2JD) and last no longer than an hour.

Please use the on-street parking in the surrounding streets, rather than the allotment car park itself.
