Online Wellbeing Group (Zoom)
A friendly, welcoming group of people meeting across Zoom, participating in activities based around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and offering one another peer support through conversation.
The group converse on a variety of subjects, share experiences and take part in activities. Each session is supported by a Bath Mind staff member and volunteer.
The group meets every Thursday from 3pm – 4pm.
