Online Wellbeing Group (Zoom)
A friendly, welcoming group of people meeting across Zoom, participating in activities based around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and offering one another peer support through conversation.
Each session is supported by a Bath Mind staff member and volunteer.
The group meets every Thursday from 4pm to 5.30pm via Zoom.
