The Happy Snappers
Foxhill Photography & Walking Group
In collaboration with Creativity Works
The Happy Snappers are a photography and walking group, exploring their local area of Foxhill through a lens. It is a social and relaxed space in which group members support each other and learn new skills. Group members embark on photo-hunts in which they take pictures that follow a theme, such as birds-eyed view or ant’s view, suggested by peers.
The group capture parts of Foxhill, including the Bradford road shops and Springfield Park, and observe details that might be missed in the frantic nature of everyday life. In their group sessions at St. Andrews Church, the group has drawn on a shared history of Foxhill, discussing aspects of their local area that resonate with them.
Reopens on 22nd April 2021.
Venue: St Andrews Church Foxhill
Time: Thursdays, 11:00 – 13:00
