What is the Online Wellbeing Group?
Our online wellbeing group is a regular group that meets on Zoom. The group enjoy open conversations about their own mental health and wellbeing, and support one another by sharing what helps them to stay well. The group often enjoy a quiz or invite a guest speaker into the sessions.
Participants are also encouraged to share their skills with the group, if they wish. For example, one group member recently delivered 3 sessions of digital art as a learning experience for the group!
The group is facilitated by a Bath Mind member of staff and a volunteer.
We meet every Thursday 3pm to 4pm across Zoom.
