Food and Mood Online Course

What will the course cover?

Food for Thought are hosting a FREE online food and mood course, where we will be taking a look at how our food affects our mood and wellbeing.

Each session will include expert knowledge and insight into how food affects our mood, as well as a guided meditation at the end of each session from 12.10-12.30pm provided by The Soul Spa.

The course will run from 11am-12.30pm on:

  • Tuesday 29th March
  • Tuesday 5th April                                             
  • Tuesday 12th April
  • Tuesday 19th April

Who can attend?

This course is for anyone aged 55 and over living in Bath & North East Somerset.
