Bath Mind Response to Recent Attacks and Violent Disorder
We are deeply troubled by the recent anti-immigrant and Islamophobic threats and violence. Such actions are unacceptable and have no place in our society.
At Bath Mind, we stand in solidarity with refugees, asylum seekers, migrants, people of colour, and all those affected by violence and discrimination. Everyone deserves respect and kindness. Racism and discrimination not only threaten the safety and dignity of individuals, but they also have a profound impact on mental health.
If you are affected by racism or the current unrest, please know that you are not alone – support is available.
If you live in Bath and North East Somerset and need mental health support, please visit our website: www.bathmind.org.uk
