What are Movement for Wellbeing: Over 55s Sessions?
Our Movement for Wellbeing sessions are specifically for those aged 55+ and are a mix of fun and friendly games suitable for all abilities. The sessions are lead by Bath Mind staff with support from Bath Mind volunteers, and are a great opportunity to enjoy the social, physical and wellbeing benefits of being active. The sports we play vary from week-to-week and can include walking basketball, badminton, circuits and more!
The group runs every Tuesday 2.00pm – 5.00pm at Bath Leisure Centre (North Parade Road, BA2 4ET) – stay as little or as long as you like!
