Mental Health Awareness Week: Taster session with The Soul Spa

Join us on Wednesday 11th May for an online relaxation taster session with local organisation, The Soul Spa.

Guided Relaxation to Connect to Yourself and Others
In this session you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state of body and mind.  As you relax you will connect deeply with your inner world and expand your awareness to connect with the world around you.  In this expanded state the illusion of separation dissolves and you can achieve deep inner peace.

Held on Wednesday 11th May 1pm – 1.30pm via Zoom
