Whether you walk, run, cycle or skip the distance, joining this fundraising challenge is a great way to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of movement, as well as raise funds for local mental health services.
We are hosting taster sessions at some of our weekly wellbeing groups.

No one should have to struggle with their mental health alone. With your help, we can be there for everyone who needs us.
Come along to enjoy gentle, non-competitive sports including badminton and table tennis. Open to anyone aged 16 plus.

Join our ‘Move Through Nature Using All your Senses’ walk. Led by Bathscape, we will enjoy refreshments at our allotments, followed by a gentle walk, exploring local green spaces. The route is flat and accessible.
Open to all ages (children must be supervised). We ask that you don’t bring dogs, other than assistance or guidance dogs.

Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event which gives an opportunity for the whole of the UK to focus on achieving good mental health. The Mental Health Foundation started the event 22 years ago, and since then it has grown to become one of the biggest awareness weeks across the UK and globally.
