Salary: £23,185.50 per annum + additional £55 per sleep-in

Role Responsibilities
- Orchard House is a short-term crisis support house based in Midsomer Norton, providing 24 hour support to both individuals leaving psychiatric care (step-down) and individuals needing support to avoid psychiatric hospital admission (step-up)
- You will support clients staying at the house to develop their own strategies to enhance their mental health and wellbeing before they return to their own communities
- This role will consist of working to a rota covering weekday, weekend and evening shifts
