Hours: Variable shifts/ Zero Hours
Salary: £11.67 per hour + additional £55 per sleep-in

Role Responsibilities
- Orchard House is a short-term crisis support house based in Midsomer Norton, providing 24 hour support to both individuals leaving psychiatric care (step-down) and individuals needing support to avoid psychiatric hospital admission (step-up)
- You will support clients staying at the house to develop their own strategies to enhance their mental health and wellbeing before they return to their own communities
- This role will consist of providing shift cover in cases of contracted staff absence, including weekday, weekend and some sleep-in shifts (£55 additional pay per sleep-in)
