An exciting opportunity to lead on fundraising events, community fundraising and support corporate partnerships across BaNES, working within our dynamic Business Development Team.
About the role
Location: Hybrid: Split between central office in Bath and homeworking
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary Package: £27,000 – £30,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
Role responsibilities
- Lead on and manage community fundraising and stewardship, including in-memory donors, community fundraisers and corporate fundraisers.
- Lead on and attend all fundraising events across Bath and North East Somerset, representing Bath Mind. This role involves occasional evening and weekend work and requires a full, clean driving license.
- Recruit and manage fundraising volunteers.
- Support the Director of Business Development and lead on own portfolio for corporate fundraising and corporate relationship building and account management.
- Lead on Digital Fundraising, working closely with the Communications and Marketing Lead.
