Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,603.50 per annum + additional £55 per sleep-in

Role Responsibilities
- Orchard House is a short-term crisis support house based in Midsomer Norton, providing 24 hour support to both individuals leaving psychiatric care (step-down) and individuals needing support to avoid psychiatric hospital admission (step-up)
- You will support clients staying at the house to develop their own strategies to enhance their mental health and wellbeing before they return to their own communities
- You will share some management responsibilities, on-call responsibilities and staff supervision responsibilities with other senior staff members
- This role will consist of working to a rota covering weekday, weekend and some sleep-in shifts (£55 additional pay per sleep-in)
