Join us from Wednesday 14th September for a new nutritional workshop to benefit wellbeing through food!
What will the course cover?
‘Food and Mood For Over 55s‘ is a new Bath Mind course focused on learning how to improve our wellbeing through cooking and sharing nutritious food together.
This workshop is free to attend and each session will include expert knowledge and insight from Bath Mind’s Food For Thought team, with discussion about nutrition and mental health with some basic tasters. For the final thirty minutes of each session we will be joined by Madeline from The Soul Spa for a guided meditation session.
The course will be held on Wednesdays at St Johns Foundation, BA1 1SQ for four weeks.

- Wednesday 5th October 12pm – 1.30pm
Who can attend?
This course is for anyone living in Bath & North East Somerset aged 55 and over who is interested in aiding their wellbeing through nutritional cooking.
