Whilst we appreciate that for many of us January is a particularly challenging month for maintaining positive mental health and wellbeing, there is no actual scientific studies that back up any claims about 'Blue Monday'.
We all have mental health, which means we all face difficult days that are personal to us all that cannot be calculated as a specific day in the year. We know that depression and other mental health conditions last for more than a day, and our mental health can fluctuate different ways on any day of the year.
This Monday and every Monday after, we'd like to encourage protecting our mental health from any messages around #bluemonday, and rather spend the day prioritising your own mental health and wellbeing, however you're feeling.

📢 Volunteering opportunity 📢
We are recruiting for a fixed term student workshop volunteer! The volunteer would support us with the online delivery of our Mentally Healthy Universities workshops with the University of Bath, working as a Zoom 'co-host' in the sessions.
This is a great chance to get involved and really make an impact on the student community in Bath, gain some invaluable skills and support an independent mental health charity!
Interested? Head to our volunteering page to download a registration form and find out more about this exciting new opportunity: www.bathmind.org.uk/get-involved/volunteering/
