What is Access Community Mental Health?

The Access Community Mental Health (ACMH) team help people to access the right mental health support at the right time. 

If you need some support with your mental health, ACMH’s experienced team will walk alongside you to:

  • support to help you to achieve your goals
  • learn about available services in the local community
  • encouragement and support to access mental health services such as counselling
  • a trained and friendly Practitioner to have a helpful conversation with

The ACMH team will also help you to plan your next steps, with a focus on future independence and increased resilience.

I’m feeling much better and the tools have been such a help. I think I would have been lost without you.
