Polices & Procedures
Bath Mind is committed to quality throughout
the organisation and the services it provides.
It maintains this commitment through active
participation in the national Quality Management
in Mind assessment system. Bath Mind has a
number of policies and procedures covering key
areas of work, which reflect the organizational
standard and are open to scrutiny.
Policies are drafted under the direction of
service managers, or the General Manager, in
consultation with staff and volunteer teams and
users of services. All policies must be
consistent with the vision, aims and values of
Bath Mind. These policies and procedures are
regularly reviewed and updated, usually every
2-3 years.
