Wellbeing College


The Wellbeing College is an exciting new project in the Bath & North East Somerset area, managed by lead organisation Sirona CIC and a collaborative steering committee. 

The college aims to support you to live a healthy and independant life by offering opportunities to increase knowledge, skills and confidence to manage your own health and wellbeing.

The Wellbeing College provides access to educational courses and activities for anyone over the age of 18 who is a resident of B&NES and wishes to self manage a challenging aspect of their life.

The courses cover a broad range of subjects including physical health conditions, mental wellbeing, exercise and fitmess and social support.

Wellbeing College Advisors are available to provide information and advice, respond to student enquiries and to help guide you to the most appropriate courses.

Hope Guide

The Hope Guide provides information on groups in Bath & North East Somerset that are run by volunteers, not for profit and statutory organisations. These groups include people who are socially isolated, are affected by mental health issues, substance misuse or homelessness.
